BankU Options
Bank University (BankU) offers more than 230 online course modules which include audio, video and interactive games to increase retention and create an enjoyable learning experience. Now you are also able to expand your university by creating a custom home page, custom courses or adding hierarchy to expand tracking and reporting capabilities.
BankU Includes:
- Add users and create unique user IDs
- Assign courses to Individual Development Plans
- Track activity with Course Activity and Test Results Reports
- Track progress by user with Specified User Transcript and Results Report
- Assess course progress with Course Results Reports
- Individual students can track personal progress with Personal Results Report and Personal User Transcript, view their Individual Development Plan, and print Certificates for completed courses
BankU with Class Administration:
Class Administration adds the ability to create a group of Courses and Students called a “Class” and to setup a Class leader with access to Class reports and Class administration. This option also includes Monitoring Groups which allow a specific Monitor to track and report on a group of students. These options are very useful if you have a large staff, or if you’d like to customize training for select groups of staff
This option includes all items listed above plus:
- Create course groups and enroll students
- Set monitors to report on specific groups
- List and manage Classes
- View Class summary and detail reports by user or by course
- Monitoring group reports
- Class transcript reports
Hierarchy
Add Hierarchy to your university to expand reporting levels and increase control over how student groups are managed. Hierarchy can be added to BankU with or without Class Administration. Hierarchy is excellent for larger institutions with many staff members. It generally follows a financial institution’s organizational chart and allows tiered access to reports. Many times the Hierarchy is divided by Branch, Location or Department giving Managers access to reports for a particular division of staff.
Hierarchy adds:
- Ability to organize staff for concise reporting
- Course Status reports based on Hierarchy level
- Transcripts based on Hierarchy level
- Control over reporting access
Custom Logo and Home Page
Let us create a custom home page for your university campus. Customize the colors, text and artwork within our existing design template and create a branded staff training site. You can even give your university a custom name. Just provide us with your custom information and we’ll do the rest.
